Youth Participation Grants

Overview

The Youth Participation Grants support consultations with young people around the development, implementation and evaluation of Youth Action Plan priorities for action. 

Grants can be used for:
• honorariums for young people involved in the consultation
• travel assistance for young people participating
• accommodation to support regional young people’s participation
• childcare for young parents
• venue hire (youth friendly / safe environments)
• outside facilitators
• catering
• stationery
• skill development / training for young people 
• support for diverse groups of young people normally excluded from mainstream consultations.
